My current independent Research and Dev at MIT Immersion lab involves:

1) Conducting Mental Health Market Research to  understand the underlining challenges people experience in social situations and relationships.

2) Actively experimenting with different digital tools (phone apps, VR/AR headsets, motion tracking, etc).

3) Developing DEMO toolsets that help people hone in their skills.

My previous entrepreneurial project and research includes investigating 1) the issues that the academic institutions face in training and supporting STEM students and researchers, and 2) the use of XR and theater art to help people heal from traumatic experiences and to practice necessary interpersonal skills to protect them from experiencing additional trauma.

My past Robotics/ML research includes autonomous navigation for Mars Rover with Prof. Roberto Tron at BU Robotics Lab and Prof. Eshed Onn-bar. Two methods were used to help robot traversing through simulated Mars Terrains in Gazebo (with ROS) and Unity: 1) Bearing-Only Visual Homing with Applications to a 2D Unicycle Model 2) Trained Imitation learning (ML) Agent. My long-term goals are to participate in the process of Mars Exploration and build a full-scale self-sustainable city on Mars.

My Software Development come from my work experience at H2OK Innovations, Inc as a Software IoT, Test and Process Engineer and various personal/educational projects: Smart Cooking Machine, Smart Smoothie Dispenser and Electronic Voting Systems, etc.

I am also a dedicated singer/dancer/performer in training for theater musicals, pop and r&b singing as well as ballet, jazz funk, contemporary jazz and hip hop.
